Ad Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

.Mach Media seeks a dynamic Ad Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team, eager to start right away! Full-time position based in Gent, Belgium.

Ad Sales responsibilities include maintaining and developing key client relationships in order to book advertising for our quarterly business magazine and online portal FlyCorporate (www.fly-corporate.com), a leading international publication about the ownership and operation of private aircraft. International travel expected. Responsibilities include:

Attending and organizing FlyCorporate’s presence at global business aviation networking events and trade shows
Selling advertising space for our online and offline properties
Arranging follow-up appointments with interested prospects
Working with the Publishing Asst to manage traffic and schedule of ad materials

Marketing responsibilities include devising and executing marketing strategies to promote Mach Media and FlyCorporate.

Helping to identify potential Mach Media and FlyCorporate customers
Developing presentations to introduce Mach Media and FlyCorporate
Regularly updating the Mach Media website (introducing case studies, press releases, etc)
Using social media to promote Mach Media and FlyCorporate
Developing and maintaining Mach Media and FlyCorporate marketing materials

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills:

Fluent English (speaking/writing in other languages a plus)
Successful sales experience, strong negotiation skills, plus drive and initiative
Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
A pleasant personality and neat professional appearance
Profound knowledge of digital, mobile and print publishing platforms and an interest in tracking and implementing the latest trends in publishing technology
High proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software.
